How do I place an order?

Can you accommodate my food allergy?
The USDA requires that all the ingredients in a food product be listed on the label. Each of our meals includes an accurate nutrition panel and ingredient list with each meal. If an allergen (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soybeans) is present in any meal it will be listed in a Contains statement at the bottom of the ingredient list. It is also important to note that our meals are produced in a facility where other allergens are present
Is the food frozen?
Yes, our meals are all prepared fresh then frozen to preserve freshness. Freezing the meals also extends their life; fresh meals may spoil in your fridge after several days but frozen meals will keep for weeks in the freezer until you’re ready to eat them
How do I store my food?
How do I heat the food?
Since our meals are fully cooked and ready-to-eat, all you need to do is defrostthe meal, then reheat to your desired temperature. This can be done in the microwave since our containers are microwave safe. Frozen meals can be reheated using the microwave but be sure to agitate partway through the process. You can also move defrosted meals to a skillet or use an oven safe dish to reheat in the oven. It is not recommended to put frozen meals in a skillet or the oven
Can I recycle the containers?
Please recycle or wash and reuse the containers. This way, you can try to recreate some of our meals on your off-day to get a better understanding of proper portion control on your own or try to create a healthy dish that you haven’t seen on our menu. (We are not able to accept returned containers per food safety requirements.)
Can I skip a billing cycle or cancel my weekly subscription?
There is no commitment with GoalFOOD subscriptions and managing your account is easy. If you need to skip a billing cycle or pause your subscription, just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date and we can make the changes, no hassle. You can make changes to your account in person at 800 Oaklawn in Cranston, by phone at 401-270-3800, or through email at CustomerCare@eatgoalfood.com.
